Account and Data Deletion
Egypt Photography Tours users can request deletion of their account and personal data from the mobile app, web client area, or by email.
Open client areaStep 1
Delete from the mobile app
Open Settings, sign in to your client account, enter your current password in the Delete account section, then confirm deletion.
Step 2
Delete from the web
Open the Client Area, sign in, choose the Profile tab, and press Delete account. You will be asked to confirm and enter your password.
Step 3
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access your account, email us from the same email address used for the account or booking. We may ask for extra information before processing the request.
Processing time
Deletion requests are reviewed promptly
We aim to complete eligible deletion requests within 30 days. Some records may be retained when required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or active booking operations.
