Refund Policy

How deposits, cancellations, trip credits, no-shows, and provider-side cancellations are handled for private Egypt tours.

Deposits

A deposit reserves guide, planning, photography, transport, and itinerary time. Deposits are applied toward the final trip balance.

Guest cancellation 7 or more days before the tour

The deposit is refundable minus payment processor fees and any non-refundable supplier costs already committed for the booking. Guests may also choose to keep the deposit as trip credit.

Guest cancellation 72 hours to 6 days before the tour

Deposits are normally issued as trip credit, unless a written custom agreement says otherwise. Refunds may be reduced by committed guide, permit, transport, venue, or production costs.

Guest cancellation less than 72 hours before the tour

Deposits are normally non-refundable because the team and suppliers have already reserved time and resources. We will still review emergencies case by case.

No-show or late arrival

No-shows are non-refundable. If a guest is late, we will try to adjust the route, but missed time or closed sites may not be refundable.

Cancellation by Egypt Photography Tours

If we cancel and cannot provide a suitable replacement date or route, the unused amount paid to us will be refunded. This does not cover flights, hotels, visas, insurance, or other third party travel costs.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. PayPal, card, and bank processing times usually take 5 to 10 business days after the refund is issued.
