Delete from the mobile app
Open Settings, sign in to your client account, enter your current password in the Delete account section, then confirm deletion.

Account deletion
Client accounts can be deleted from the mobile app or from the web client area. Booking and payment records are anonymized where possible.

Step 2
Open the Client Area, sign in, choose the Profile tab, and press Delete account. You will be asked to confirm and enter your password.
Step 3
Email us from the same email address used for the account or booking. We may ask for extra information before processing the request.
