Privacy Policy

How Egypt Photography Tours handles booking, account, payment, support, and app information.

Information we collect

  • Contact details such as name, email address, phone number, country, and travel preferences.
  • Booking details such as tour date, group size, selected itinerary, notes, reservation status, and payment status.
  • Client account details such as profile name, email, phone, encrypted password, referral links, and rewards activity.
  • Support messages, inquiry forms, and operational notes needed to answer questions or manage trips.
  • Basic technical data such as device/browser details, page activity, referral links, and app settings needed to run and improve the service.

How we use information

  • To create reservations, manage private tours, send trip updates, invoices, and support responses.
  • To operate client accounts, referral links, rewards, password reset codes, and account deletion requests.
  • To process deposits and payments through PayPal or other payment providers. We do not store full card numbers.
  • To prevent fraud, protect the site/app, comply with legal duties, and keep accounting records.
  • To improve the website, mobile app, support experience, and tour planning workflow.

Sharing and retention

  • We share data only with providers needed to operate the service, such as hosting, email, support, analytics, payment, and booking operations.
  • Trip data may be shared with guides, drivers, photographers, venues, or partners when needed to deliver the booked experience.
  • We keep account data while the account is active. Booking, payment, invoice, and tax records may be retained where legally or operationally required.
  • When a client deletes an account, we remove login and referral data and anonymize personal contact fields in retained booking/payment records where possible.

Your choices

  • You can create an account, sign in, reset your password, and request deletion from the client area.
  • You can delete your account in the mobile app from Settings, or on the web from the client area profile tab.
  • You can contact us to access, correct, or request deletion of personal data that is not legally required to be retained.
