The rules for booking private Egypt tours, payments, account access, cancellation handling, and responsible use of our website and mobile app.
Bookings and reservations
A reservation is confirmed only after we accept the booking details and receive the required deposit or written confirmation from our team. Tour timing, route, photography stops, transport, and guide availability can vary by date, permits, weather, site rules, traffic, and safety conditions.
Prices and payments
Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. Deposits and balances may be paid through PayPal or another approved payment method. Payment provider fees, bank fees, exchange rates, and card issuer charges are outside our control.
Changes and cancellations
Travel plans can change. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to adjust a date, group size, pickup point, or itinerary. Cancellation and refund handling is explained in the Refund Policy unless a separate written agreement applies to your custom booking.
Traveler responsibility
Guests are responsible for accurate booking information, valid travel documents, punctual arrival, respectful behavior at sites, and following guide, venue, safety, and local authority instructions. We may refuse or stop service when behavior creates risk for guests, staff, guides, venues, or local partners.
Photography and media
Photography access depends on site rules and permits. Some locations restrict equipment, drones, tripods, lighting, clothing, or commercial shoots. Unless a separate media release is signed, guest personal images are not sold to third parties.
Accounts and app use
Clients may create an account to view bookings, referral links, and rewards. You are responsible for keeping your password private. You may delete your account from the mobile app Settings screen or the web client area.
Liability
We work carefully to deliver the booked experience, but travel involves risks and conditions outside our control. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Egypt Photography Tours is not responsible for indirect losses, missed flights, third party service failures, weather disruption, site closures, or government restrictions.
